Common questions.
Can my car charge at Arusfast?
Almost every electric car sold in Indonesia uses a CCS2 or Type 2 connector. Each site shows its connectors; check your car's manual for the maximum power it supports.
How long does a full charge take?
It depends on battery size, battery condition, and your car's maximum power. On a 60 kW fast charger most cars go from 20% to 80% in 45–60 minutes; on 120 kW and up it can take 20–30 minutes if the car supports it. Above 80% the car slows charging down on purpose to protect the battery.
How do I pay?
You pay for the kWh delivered to your battery. The price is shown before charging starts and a digital receipt is sent when you finish.
Can electric motorbikes charge?
Yes, at sites with a suitable socket. For electric motorbike fleets, contact us through the form below.
I have land. What do I need to prepare?
Just tell us the location and roughly how many cars it parks. Our team surveys the site, works out the power needed, and proposes a partnership.
